What we collect

Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought. We need these to make, ship, and support your order.
Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes to Stripe, not to us.
Accounts and sign-in: your email or phone number, which we use to send one-time sign-in codes. When you place an order we start a basic account from the name and contact details you entered, so you can finish it later by signing in. Account features such as store credit, referrals, and routine streaks are stored with your account.
Unfinished checkouts:if you enter your email at checkout and don't complete the order, we may save your cart and contact details so we can follow up.
Messages, reviews, and surveys: anything you send through the contact form, live chat, product reviews, or customer surveys.
How the site is used: pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by the analytics tools listed below.

How we use it

To process, ship, and support your orders, including pickup and local delivery.
To run your account and send sign-in codes.
To answer your messages and improve our products and website.
To send marketing emails, only if you opted in at checkout.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop, for the purpose each one provides:

Stripe — payment processing.
Shippo and USPS — shipping rates, labels, and delivery.
Resend (email) and TextBee (text messages) — sign-in codes and order messages.
PostHog — site analytics, including session replays that show how pages are used. Anything you type into a form is hidden in those replays.
Vercel — website hosting, plus visit and page-performance analytics.
Google Analytics — visit analytics, where enabled.
Crisp — the live chat window.

Order and customer records are kept in our own order-management system, on a server we control.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, your browser's storage to remember your cart, and cookies set by the analytics and chat tools above. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the shop still works, though you may need to sign in again.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to stop sending you marketing emails.
Check out without setting up a full account. We still keep the details of your order, and you can finish an account later.
Change your name or marketing choice yourself on your account page.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
